The Sediment Tray is suitable for fryers that have a v-shaped bottom. The Sediment Tray is used to capture the food particles that would normally settle at the bottom of your fryer.The Sediment Tray must be removed before using VITO. By utilizing the Sediment Tray, you will have longer filter life when using your VITO oil filter.
